As a registered art therapist and psychotherapist I am committed to supporting children, adolescents and adults in an individual setting to be the best they can be. Using the arts, my focus is to help you improve your mental health and explore your emotions and feelings in order to develop coping strategies, improve interpersonal effectiveness and move through overwhelming situations. I am also a workshop presenter, both in the community and with professional organizations. Workshops focus on team building and self-care in order to promote personal growth and resilience.
